The film collected over $3.3 billion worldwide across five films. Fans last saw Katniss and Peeta in 2015’s Mockingjay Part 2. The 2015 film closes out their story as a married couple raising children in a post-war Panem. Their surprise return signals a nostalgic bridge between the earlier series and this new chapter. Fans have been waiting for this moment for over a decade.      The screenplay is set to be done by Billy Ray. Longtime franchise producers Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson continue their stint through their production banner Color Force. 三 | ”中国有色金属工业协会副秘书长兼重金属部(矿产资源办公室)主任段绍甫分析，在需求端，AI服务器、高速光模块、先进封装等环节，对“算力金属”形成了不可替代的实物消耗。     　　卓创资讯与富宝资讯铁合金高级分析师张秀华认为，供给端约束持续收紧：多国将相关品种纳入关键矿产管理，矿山投资、出口管控趋严;叠加矿山原矿品位持续下降，老矿逐步减产，新建矿山投产节奏难以匹配需求增长。     　　与此同时，今年6月份施行的《中华人民共和国矿产资源法实施条例》(以下简称《条例》)，将相关金属划入战略性资源目录，进一步强化了供给约束预期。      　　铝基材料      　　保障“算力金属”稳定供给，事关AI产业长远发展。工业和信息化部等八部门印发的《有色金属行业稳增长工作方案(2025—2026年)》提出，促进资源高效利用、提高资源保障水平。

四 | “十五五”规划纲要明确，加强战略性矿产资源勘探开发和储备，深入实施新一轮找矿突破战略行动。

五 |      　　依托政策引导，多家矿业上市公司加快并购布局，持续夯实算力相关矿产资源储备，稳固AI产业链上游供给底座。     　　业内人士认为，企业并购整合优质矿产、适度扩产，有助于提升我国在全球资源市场的话语权，归集战略资源，打造自主可控供应链，支撑全球科技竞争。     　　“《条例》提出构建产品、产能和产地储备相结合的战略性矿产资源储备体系，建立矿产资源供应安全预测预警工作体系，增强了有色金属资源安全保障能力。”段绍甫表示，与算力相关的有色金属，其上游矿产资源对外依存度较高，企业应增强供应链韧性。
